Terms of Service

1. Subscription

By subscribing to Convex, you agree to pay the recurring fee selected at checkout (monthly or annual) until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; refunds are governed by Section 4.

2. Publisher relationship

Convex is a financial publication operating under the publisher's exclusion of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. By subscribing, you acknowledge that no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created. See Disclaimer for full posture.

3. Permitted use

Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access content. You may not redistribute, rebroadcast, repost, or commercialize content without written permission. Sharing your Telegram invite or member-area access is grounds for termination without refund.

4. Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on monthly or annual plans, including partial or pro-rated refunds. You may cancel at any time from your Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops the next renewal and you retain access through the end of the period already paid for.

5. Eligibility & jurisdiction

You represent that you are 18 or older and that subscribing to Convex does not violate any law applicable to you. Subscribers from sanctioned jurisdictions or jurisdictions that prohibit cross-border financial publications may not subscribe.

6. No personalized advice

Convex does not respond to requests for personalized investment advice. The author will not tell you what to buy, sell, hold, or how to size positions in your account. Subscriber-to-subscriber discussion in any community channel is the responsibility of the participants.

7. Intellectual property

All Convex content is © its author. Subscription does not transfer any ownership rights.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Convex and its author are not liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from your use of the publication or any investment decision you make. Your sole remedy is cancellation of your subscription.

9. Termination

We may terminate any subscription for breach of these Terms, abusive behavior in community channels, or sharing of access credentials. Termination for breach is without refund.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
